THIS sort of crap annoys the hell out of me. The NAACP presumes to speak for all blacks. And yet, they're completely ignorant of history.

Try reading "The Real Lincoln" and tell me he should be held up as a hero to anyone other than totalitarians.

Explain away blacks fighting FOR the Confederate States of America.

Tell me why, if ending slavery was the end goal of the North in the "Civil" War, letting the CSA leave the Union would not have bled the South dry of slaves via the ending of the North enforcing the Fugitive Slave Laws? (Gee, maybe the North DID think of this, and didn't want their states 'polluted' with the Darkies?)

The "Civil War" was not fought over slavery, unless you count Lincoln and his ilk considering the citizens of the South to be slaves of the North. He was quoted directly as saying if he could keep the South without freeing the slaves, he'd have done it. He didn't want free blacks in the country, he wanted to export them all back to Africa!

Lincoln was a white supremicist. Period.

And his legacy is one of using force to keep the sheep in line at the point of a gun. It's a lesson the U.S. (and the rest of the world) learned all to damn well.

And these NAACP idiots are just useful idiots for that cause. Look at their blathering. It's always about expanding the power of government to "help" fix some issue or another. Please. It doesn't work. It never does.
