Short version: Diebold voting machines use keys similar to those used in other commercial uses. And they seem to use a similar key-cut pattern for MOST OF THEIR VOTING MACHINES. The abuse potential stuns the mind.

Simple paper ballots. Videotape the procedures at all voting precincts. Hang anyone tampering with the process.
