Great piece. And that reminds me that I've yet to try Armagnac.

Distilling and liquor-craft are fascinating to me. The Sam Adams Brewery in Boston two weeks ago was a load of fun, but I cannot wait to get to the Makers Mark and Jack Daniels distilleries too. Too much to do, not enough dough...
