"demolishing the feminist myth of Joss Whedon". Now, I find a lot of Whedon's stuff to be purely juvenile crap at times. He's a lazy writer with an often adolescent mentality. That, and the dialog on the final episode of Buffy is just pukifying at times. But his work has its moments and overall, his shows are worth watching.

But THESE bits of ranting about Firefly's shortcomings are just comedic gold. I LOL'd quite a bit at the lengths to which this goofus reaches.

If these are any indication, I bet reading doctoral theses from Wymyn's Studies students is downright gut-busting.
