Ironically, Toyota does not make the sensor-equipped accelerator pedal for its recalled vehicles. Elkhart, Indiana-based CTS (formerly known as Chicago Telephone Supply) manufactures the pedals for Toyota, as well as for Ford and GM. China's Jiangling Motors has complained about sticking gas pedals from CTS and the firm has developed a reputation for faulty accelerator pedals and their associated sensors. CTS's president and CEO is India-born Vinod Khilnani. Curiously, the Obama administration, which is flush with Indian-Americans at high levels, has not criticized CTS,
especially since it supplied the very same accelerator pedals it manufactures for Toyota and GM to the U.S. military.

Some folks think that Toyota's being sabotaged by union-backed thugs so that the US-owned GM gets a competitive advantage.

I don't know about that, but wouldn't doubt it for a second. Nothing - NOTHING - is beyond the evil union scum of this nation. A few dead Toyota owners... that's collateral damage to them.

And that Obama and his ilk are so obviously and evil-ly pro-union is beyond any doubt whatsoever.

I find it amusing that folks that would NEVER support open voting (where you vote is not anonymous) for politics think it's perfectly fine to FORCE workers to reveal whether or not they voted for unionization or not.

We already live in a nation where mob, oops... sorry... union violence up to an including murder is considered an acceptable means of business negotiation. Now these so-called "liberals" want to thug up prospective union elections so they can target and intimidate hold outs against union corruption and stupidity.

They've already almost destroyed the car industry in this country. But they're still not satisfied.
