"I know how to win wars," McKill told an audience of 200 GOP hacks in Baltimore last night. Here's McKill's secret formula:

1. Fly an airplane several miles in the sky dropping incendiary bombs on civilians;

2. Get shot down;

3. Spend the rest of the war in prison.

And by the way, we LOST that war.
