More Idiot Fun with Pigs and Motorcycles

http://www.wthr.com/Global/story.asp?S=13037570
So this moron does something that would probably get any "civilian" a massive fine and... it's okay. He's being "counseled".

(Funny how the video isn't on WTHR's site, ain't it?)

Well first of all, his excuse is bullshit. He's - at the VERY least - standing on his footpegs with no hands on the handlebars.

This is just goofy crap anyway and it's obvious no serious repercussion are to be had.

In fact, I'm only writing about it to post this tidbit, found on another board:
"I think you've all missed the point...

He was riding this way in support of IMPD. He was trying to show you can ride a motorcycle on 56th. street and not get killed. At least once, maybe...

Maybe next week he'll test his vest by shooting himself."
Referring to THIS bullshit.

That's damn fine comedy right there. Damn fine.

It's Funny Because It's True (Love)

"This is what they call 'true love', apparently. Something I've always felt is indistinguishable from brain damage."

Just happened across this quote. And liked it a lot.

"Doffing" is a cool word.

I love this word. Every time I hear or read it, I think of boobs liberated from their prisons.

Brings a single tear to the eye...

(I also love that I have a blog post tag for "boobs" already.)

"The End of the Gatekeepers"?

Nice Going, Pig....

http://www.wthr.com/Global/story.asp?S=12938069#

"The officer collided with them from the rear," said Officer Brian Dixon, Metro Police.

So three motorcycles stopped for a red light get plowed into from the rear. And idiots on the WTHR site want to defend the cops?

There is a traffic camera and the cruiser's camera that should have caught everything. How much you wanna bet the video recordings "have technical difficulties" or just disappear?

Pathetic. This officer should be up for negligent homicide charges. There is simply NO excuse for running down another vehicle while it is stopped. None. Period.

To even begin to suggest otherwise is statist bootlicking. This officer did not have control of his deadly weapon (his vehicle). He killed someone. He should go to jail or be an indentured servant for life.

But he won't. Because cops are above the law. It doesn't matter how poorly they conduct themselves.

UPDATE: The bastardly pig was drunk. Twice the legal limit. And they didn't draw blood for the BAC until two hours after the wreck.

How convenient, that. Hoping he'd burn it out so they wouldn't have to report him?

They're charging him for seven felonies, including reckless homicide. Hope he disappears into a hole for a very, very long time.

I also find it very amusing that being found with alcohol in your system while operating a police vehicle only bears a 30 day suspension without pay for the first offense.

Simply Glorious...

This is Fantasticaliscious.

http://www.americanthinker.com/2010/08/paul_krugman_gives_up_1.html

When bloggers raised their ugly heads, Krug bravely turned around and fled.

I kind of feel sorry for the bloggers here. Not because of what happened, but because I know what it's like to run out of denial and be forced to realize your gods have feet of clay.

Ronald Reagan was a patsy giving cover to big government bastisches (though in fairness, he was likely shot to shut him up a la Kennedy and bullets probably change minds to great effect).

Rush Limbaugh is a Republican-Uber-Alles cheerleader.

Dr. Thomas Sowell is far more of a statist bootlicker than any free market economist should ever be.

Rush made Snakes and Arrows.

But Krugman is a lying weasel and to have himself so utterly exposed as such on his home turf, surrounded by sychophants...

that's just too dang sweet.
