If you're a celebrity and you smoke a bowl in public, you've demonstrated some serious lack of judgment. You're just BEGGING to be selectively prosecuted by a stupidly overzealous fascist government agency of one kind or another.

So Michael Phelps: you were drunk, but you should have known better. You should have someone watching you so you don't do this sort of shit and pay dearly for it later.

That said, anyone that voted for Clinton, Bush, Gore or Obama in their respective races shouldn't have anything bad to say about Michael Phelps' toking in and of itself. The hypocrisy would reek like bad weed.

Especially in Obama's case where he voluntarily admitted to cocaine use, but thinks the Drug War is still A-OK!

But hypocrisy is typical of our illegal alien prez. He wants government to be transparent, but refuses to release his birth certificate. He wants you to freeze or boil in your home to save energy, but cranks the White House thermostat cuz "I'm from Hawaii!". He wants you to pay your "fair share" of taxes, but commits tax fraud by taking deductions on a house he doesn't own. On and on and on and on...
