Well first of all, his excuse is bullshit. He's - at the VERY least - standing on his footpegs with no hands on the handlebars.

So three motorcycles stopped for a red light get plowed into from the rear. And idiots on the WTHR site want to defend the cops?

There is a traffic camera and the cruiser's camera that should have caught everything. How much you wanna bet the video recordings "have technical difficulties" or just disappear?

Pathetic. This officer should be up for negligent homicide charges. There is simply NO excuse for running down another vehicle while it is stopped. None. Period.

To even begin to suggest otherwise is statist bootlicking. This officer did not have control of his deadly weapon (his vehicle). He killed someone. He should go to jail or be an indentured servant for life.

But he won't. Because cops are above the law. It doesn't matter how poorly they conduct themselves.

UPDATE: The bastardly pig was drunk. Twice the legal limit. And they didn't draw blood for the BAC until two hours after the wreck.

How convenient, that. Hoping he'd burn it out so they wouldn't have to report him?

They're charging him for seven felonies, including reckless homicide. Hope he disappears into a hole for a very, very long time.

I also find it very amusing that being found with alcohol in your system while operating a police vehicle only bears a 30 day suspension without pay for the first offense.

What a joke. These "deadly terrorists" pose such a massive threat the Feds cannot even get a judge to deny bail!

Watch for a plea offer by the prosecutors soon. Hopefully it's spurned and a jury sees through the Fed's typical entrapment bullshit.

I am still bewildered how "our" national interest can possibly be served by agents provocateurs.
