Look over the US Constitution. The powers our government has are limited, few and specified. Now open any newspaper. 90% of the activities being discussed and powers being used by the Feds are ILLEGAL. They are not authorized by the Supreme Law of our country.

The 9th and 10th amendments are DESPISED by both the Liberal Douchebags of the modern "Left" AND the Neocons Warmongers of the modern "Right" because of their clear language and the fact that they would strip the Federal Government of virtually ALL of its power were they adhered to.

Lawyers Are Not Your Friends

Unless you own one, are sleeping with one, are related to one, or have some other exceptional relationship with one, no lawyer will ever work for you. You might hire one, pay him exorbitant fees, and even cry on his shoulder, but he will never work for you. He will work firstly for himself and secondly for the court. No matter what he might say or even believe, what is best for you will never be his priority. He will work to protect the legal status quo, to protect the legal system, and especially to line his pockets. Only when all that has been accomplished will he remember you.

The law wants (and gets) it both ways. If a guy doesn't want to be a dad, the mere fact of being the biological father is enough to force him to pay for 18-26 years of child support.

If a guy isn't the biological father, the fact that he ACTED as a dad is enough to screw him for 18-26 years of child support. Even after DNA tests prove he's not the real father.

So no matter what, if you get involved with a lying whore and there is a kid involved: you're screwed.

Last weekend I attended a party. And folks were predictably defending the smoking ban in Indianapolis at restaurants (I hate that word, can NEVER spell it right first try, BTW the Mozilla browser's spell-checking function RAWKS!).

I revealed my anarchist, small government ways by saying a few other things that were not well received by a certain party there. Mostly because he had a relative that would possibly be affected by my proposals.

And to that I say: "So fucking what? Get over it!"

I am just so tired of folks thinking that, for some reason, the state should be able to put its neck on the throat of us citizens. Because some guy decides to run a business, it's okay to dictate to him how to do so? BULLSHIT!

Just for the record, I am against government-mandated:
- smoking bans
- trans-fat bans
- handicapped parking
- handicapped accommodations of ANY sort
- zoning for parking lots (making Kohls, Home Depot and Sam's Club have ridiculously-large NEVER full parking lots)

I also think if a guy owns a piece of property (be it a store, bar, whatever) he should be able to put up "No Niggers Allowed" signs as big as he wants. And be able to legally bar them from entering without having to worry about some faggot lawyer suing him for "discrimination".

Why? Because: It's HIS property and I believe in free association. **

What's that? Simple. It's the right to associate with whomever you wish. And if you have that right, you also have the right to disassociate with whomever as well. That means you do not have to deal with anyone unless you wish to.
